Ms. Angela M. Bowen
President and CEO

Angela Bowen, President & CEO is responsible for the overall management of Community Services Foundation.  She sets the strategic direction of the organization and oversees the acquisitions and operation of new and existing Community Service Centers.  She builds relationships with key agency personnel and suitable partner organizations to provide services to residents.  She also ensures that the Foundation is achieving the goals and expectations of the property management Owners.  She has served residents of managed housing communities since 1981.

Ms. Shenita Vanish
Vice President

Shenita Vanish, Vice President is responsible for the development and implementation of Community Services Foundation's funding plan to assure maintenance of existing sources of revenues and new and diverse funding sources.  She is also responsible for helping to craft marketing and promotion materials and build effective community relationships with like-minded vision.  Ms. Vanish has served residents of managed housing communities for more than a decade.
